Women's Hour at the Department of Justice

Equal Means Equal reports:

Congratulations, America! On January 27th, 2020 the thirty-eighth state ratified the Equal Rights Amendment! But now the administration is blocking ERA from being added to the U.S. Constitution. Despite our hard work, the present administration has NOT done the right thing for women and the ERA despite being in office for well over a hundred days.

The goal of the ERA Sentinel Project is to be a constant, visible reminder to the Attorney General and the other attorneys working at the DOJ that justice is NOT being served and that they should do something about it.

The online sign up runs from June 10th to July 4th — for now.

Sentinel Shifts are M-F 8am – 10am and 4pm – 6pm. You can sponsor Sentinels as well, so that volunteers can come from all over the country. Equal Means Equal asks that local groups step up to take shifts downtown at the DOJ.  MCNOW is stepping up.

PLEASE JOIN MCNOW ON TUESDAY, JUNE 29, FROM 4 - 6 PM FOR OUR ERA SENTINEL SHIFT.
For more information and to sign up for shifts, visit
