Please join us for a special film event: "13th," by director Ava DuVernay.

With an introduction by Coalition of Black Trade Unionists President Terry Melvin.

"13th" explores the intersection of race, justice and mass incarceration in the United States. it is titled after the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which freed the slaves and prohibited slavery (unless as punishment for a crime).
